BASE PACKAGE
(NO EXTRA CHARGE)
This comes standard with any booking.
PICK THIS IF you’re very pro-active with your own marketing/following, and feel you won’t need much help getting the word out.
It includes:
• Ticketing through our Eventbrite (if needed)
• Creation of a Facebook event we can co-manage
• Listing on our website calendar
• Listing on our Google business account
• Listing through our SceneThink account
• A mention in one of our email blasts the week of the event
• Two posts on our social media accounts
*SceneThink is a service which pushes events for publishing on event calendars for various publications, including The Pitch and Kansas City Magazine
SOCIAL BOOST
($100)
PICK THIS IF you don’t have much time/expertise in online marketing and would like some help in that department.
It includes everything from the base package plus:
• Five additional posts on our social media, custom-created with your consultation (you can use the graphics on your own accounts too!)
• A mention in an additional eblast leading up to the show

PICK THIS IF you’re extra driven to get the word out and would like to enlist the services of a media specialist quickly and easily.
It includes everything from the above two packages plus:
• A featured banner on our website’s homepage
• Up to five hours of extra work from our marketing specialist for
anything you need. Videos, fliers, copywriting, etc.
FULL COMMISSION

PICK THIS IF you have a long-running event and do not already have a marketing staffer, or if you think your event will need an extensive amount of publicity.
This will constitute contract work with a media specialist, the price of which can be negotiated according to your needs.
